Multi-entity financial consolidation, automatic from the ERP

更新于 二〇二六年九月四日作者:圣地亚哥·比利奥内

Fibady consolidates the P&L, balance sheet and cash flow of every entity in your group, even if they run different ERPs, charts of accounts and currencies. You connect each entity once, map its accounts to the group chart, and the consolidation recalculates itself on every sync. No linking spreadsheets, no copy-paste, no versions.

How are entities with different charts of accounts consolidated?

Each entity keeps its books exactly as they are in its ERP. In Fibady you map its accounts to a common group chart — once, in 1 to 4 hours per entity — and from then on every new entry lands on the right consolidated line. You can have Odoo in Spain, Holded in a subsidiary and Tango in Argentina in the same view.

What about currencies and FX rates?

Fibady keeps three currencies with three separate labels: each company's accounting currency, the group's reporting currency and the display currency you pick in the top bar without altering any data. FX rates load by month and currency in a grid, in bulk or pasted from the clipboard, so in countries with several exchange rates you use your own. You see the same group in euros and dollars with one click.

And intercompany eliminations?

Intercompany items are tagged with semantic roles in each company's chart of accounts and removed from the consolidation. What does not tie does not vanish: it stays visible on a "Consolidation adjustments" line, and every figure opens to the per-company view and down to the original entry. More in the glossary: intercompany eliminations.

How Fibady does it

  • 2 to 60 entities in one group, with sub-groups if needed
  • Group chart of accounts with unlimited levels; the P&L opens as deep as you want
  • Three currencies (accounting, reporting, display); FX by month and currency
  • Intercompany eliminations by semantic role and a visible "Consolidation adjustments" line
  • Control Centre: every month it checks the accounting equation, debits = credits and cash flow against book cash, with the tolerance you set
  • Consolidation available minutes after every sync

A real example

A Spanish logistics group with 13 entities consolidated in Excel every month. Today the CFO opens Fibady and the consolidation is already there; the CEOs and COOs of each company log in and see their own. The committee conversation moved from "is this the right number?" to "what do we do about this number?". If you still close in spreadsheets, see the comparison Fibady vs Excel.

No. Each entity connects with its own system, via API or journal upload in CSV. The common chart of accounts lives in Fibady.
