What can the agent do that a generic chat cannot?
It has access to your P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgets and metrics, already calculated and validated. You do not paste a spreadsheet: it queries the source (though you can attach files too). And it does not only answer: it operates the platform with 82 tools in 9 groups — classify transactions, create rules, load data, edit plans, build charts and dashboards — narrates every step before running it and asks for in-app confirmation before any destructive action.
What are Fibady Agents?
Fibady Agents are a specialised AI team: a virtual CFO takes your question and splits it among specialists in P&L, treasury, close, budget and collections. Predefined agents and skills come built in, and you can create your own with your own instructions. You call them with @mentions in the chat and see how they are organised in an org chart.
What are the AI-generated reports?
They are executive reports Fibady composes with AI from your data: pick the month range and, optionally, the reference plan or forecast, and you get charts, tables and KPI cards with board-pack styling, plus a tab with the narrative explanation. You create them from a wizard or ask the agent for one in the chat. They export to Word, PDF and Markdown and stay in a library per company or group, which you can group by source, period and status.
Can I use Fibady from ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini?
Yes: Fibady has a connector (MCP) for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini that lets you work on your Fibady data from the AI you already use. You can ask questions, audit the month, build projections from history and get it done in Fibady: classify accounts and transactions, create the plan, build the dashboard. Always with your permission, only for the companies you choose, with separate read and write permissions, and revocable at any time.
Data and AI: who decides
The agent is optional and enabled per account. Sharing data with the platform's AI is your decision: a master switch and a 9-group × 3-level matrix (read, write, delete) decide what it can do; whatever the user's role does not allow, the agent cannot do either. Billing, integrations and administration are never reachable by the AI, and every call is logged. The price includes 5 million tokens per month, which do not roll over; usage beyond that is billed separately. Provider and configuration are detailed on the Security page.
