Is there a per-user fee?

No. Invite your CEO, your team, your advisor or your board at no extra cost. Roles and permissions are granular.

Does the AI agent cost extra?

No. It is included with fair use; you will not see token counters or packs to buy.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Create an account, connect or upload data and see your reports before paying. No card required. On the annual plan you also get two months free and onboarding waived.

Monthly: any time. Annual: at renewal. Export your data whenever you want.

Card or bank transfer, in euros or dollars, with an invoice. Prices exclude taxes. On the monthly plan onboarding is paid separately, by module; on the annual plan it is waived in full.

What if I am slow sending data or access?

The base price assumes collaboration: complete data and access within the first 7 days, valid for 30 days from payment. If the project stalls for lack of data or answers, we pause it; restarting it or adding extra rounds is quoted at US$ 75/h, always agreed with you beforehand.

My ERP is not among the 40+ connected ones. What do I do?

If it has an API, we quote the connector as a fixed one-time payment, depending on the API. In the meantime you start by uploading CSV or Excel with a custom converter, which is included.

Will you raise the price later on?

With an annual or multi-year plan, your price is locked by contract for as long as you renew it.

I am a fractional CFO or an accounting firm. Are there terms for me?

Yes. We have a partner programme for people managing several client companies, with a 20% recurring commission and its own terms. Book a call and we will go through it.

We build it: a new connector as a fixed one-off quote, then it works like Odoo or Holded. Meanwhile you can start today with the journal in CSV.

We have a team that specialises in API connectors. It is the usual case with SAP, where every installation is a world of its own, or with ERPs we already connect that carry custom developments: we analyse your setup and build the connector for your system as it is.
