This notice governs access to and use of the website fibady.com (the "Site"), owned by Fibady Technologies SL. Use of the Fibady product (the FP&A application) once an account has been created is governed by the product's own terms of service, accepted at that point, and not by this document.

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site is informational and commercial in nature: it presents the Fibady product, lets visitors request a demo, book a meeting and contact the team. It does not directly provide the SaaS service itself.

3. Terms of use

Access to the Site is free of charge. Users agree to make lawful and diligent use of the Site, without engaging in unlawful activity, infringing third-party rights, or attempting to damage, disable or overload the Site (including unauthorized automated scraping, reverse engineering or unauthorized access attempts).

4. Intellectual property

The Site's content (text, design, code, logos, the "Fibady" brand and images) belongs to Fibady Technologies SL or to third parties who have authorized its use, and is protected under intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorization is prohibited, except as strictly necessary for normal browsing of the Site.

5. Third-party links and content

The Site integrates or links to third-party services (HubSpot for the contact form and meeting scheduler, YouTube for videos, LinkedIn and X for social media). Fibady does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third-party services, which are governed by their own terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

Fibady does not guarantee the availability, continuity or error-free operation of the Site, and is not liable for damages arising from unavailability or access errors, without prejudice to taking reasonable measures to prevent them. Information about the product on the Site is indicative and may be updated without prior notice.

7. Data protection and cookies

Personal data processing carried out through the Site is described in the Privacy Policy, and cookie use in the Cookie Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from use of the Site will be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, unless applicable law mandatorily requires another venue (for example, in relationships with consumers).

9. Changes

Fibady may amend this notice to reflect regulatory or Site changes. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the last-updated date shown above.
