Fibady vs LiveFlow: which one for a multi-entity group

Updated 4 September 2026By Santiago ViglioneComparison updated 3 September 2026

LiveFlow is a platform that combines accounting, FP&A and "agentic workflows" so that "the books close on their own", aimed at physical businesses with multi-location operations: construction, healthcare, food and beverage, retail, franchises and private equity, with products for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. Fibady is FP&A software for groups with several entities, with automatic consolidation from the ERP, an AI agent and per-company pricing. Both consolidate several entities; they differ in market, in source systems and in whether they touch the books.

When to choose Fibady

When your entities run Odoo, Holded, Tango, A3, Sage or Latin American ERPs and you need the consolidation with different charts and dual currency without a project. When you want financial reporting in Spanish, support in your time zone and a published per-entity price. When you prefer a platform that reads your books without writing to them.

When to choose LiveFlow

When you operate in the United States with that market's payroll, POS or construction software and you want agents to automate the accounting close, not only the reporting. When your team lives in Google Sheets or Excel and wants the accounting data there.
