Power BI is Microsoft's analytics and visualisation platform: a generic BI tool that connects to "data from any source, cloud or on-premises", on which each company builds its own models and reports. Fibady is FP&A software for groups with several entities, with automatic consolidation from the ERP, an AI agent and per-company pricing. Both let you see the group's numbers; the difference is that in Power BI you build the financial model, and in Fibady it comes built.

When to choose Fibady
When you need the consolidation, P&L, balance sheet and cash flow of a group without anyone building or maintaining them when an account changes. When you want every figure to open to the ERP entry and a check to warn when the balance sheet does not tie. When you prefer to pay per entity, with unlimited users for the CEO, partners and investors.
When to choose Power BI
When you have a data team that already maintains models and you want to cross finance with sales, operations or product in one dashboard. When your company already pays for Microsoft 365 and licence cost matters more than build cost.
