You ask in plain language — "why did personnel cost rise in the Madrid subsidiary?" — and it answers with the real numbers, shows the table the answer comes from and lets you keep asking. What can the agent do that a generic chat cannot?
It has access to your P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgets and metrics, already calculated and validated. You do not paste a spreadsheet: it queries the source (though you can attach files too). And it does not only answer: it operates the platform with 82 tools in 9 groups — classify transactions, create rules, load data, edit plans, build charts — narrates every step before running it and asks for in-app confirmation before any destructive action.
What are the AI-generated reports?
Pick the month range and, optionally, the reference plan or forecast, and the agent composes the period's executive report: charts, tables and KPI cards with board-pack styling, plus a tab with the narrative explanation. It exports to Word, PDF and Markdown and stays in a library per company or group, so you can compare months.
Data and AI: who decides
The agent is optional and enabled per account. Sharing data with the platform's AI is your decision: a master switch and a 9-group × 3-level matrix (read, write, delete) decide what it can do; whatever the user's role does not allow, the agent cannot do either. Billing, integrations and administration are never reachable by the AI, and every call is logged. Fair use is included in the price. Provider and configuration are detailed on the Security page.
