Security and data at Fibady

تم التحديث في ٣ سبتمبر ٢٠٢٦بقلم سانتياغو فيليوني

Fibady reads accounting data read-only from your ERP and stores it encrypted on AWS infrastructure in the European Union. This page details where your data lives, who can see it, which sub-processors are involved and how the AI works with it.

Where the data lives

Data is hosted on AWS in the European Union, encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and at rest with AES-256.

Access

The connection to your ERP is read-only. Inside Fibady, permissions and roles are assigned per entity and per module, so each user sees only what they are entitled to.

Sub-processors

The list of sub-processors is published in the DPA: AWS as infrastructure, the AI provider, HubSpot and Stripe, among others.

AI and data

The AI agent is optional and enabled per account. Financial calculations are always done by the Fibady engine, never by the language model.

Compliance

Fibady complies with the GDPR and provides a data processing agreement (DPA) with contractual clauses.

Export and deletion

You can export your data at any time. When you cancel the account, the data is deleted.

الأسئلة الشائعة

No. The ERP connection is read-only: Fibady reads entries and balances and never writes to your books.
