Fibady is built for groups of 2 to 60 entities with different ERPs, countries, currencies and charts of accounts. Each entity connects with its own system; the group consolidates in Fibady with intercompany kept out of the total, per-entity FX and sub-groups. Holdings, family offices and distribution groups use it to stop depending on a master sheet only one person understands.

## How is a large group organised in Fibady?

Fibady organises a large group by entities, consolidation groups and sub-groups. Each level has its P&L, balance sheet and cash flow; permissions are granted per company and per page (view, edit, delete), so a subsidiary director sees theirs and the group CFO sees everything, with unlimited users and the interface in 10 languages. You can add entities without redoing anything: they are mapped and enter the consolidation. ## What happens when we buy or sell an entity?

It enters or leaves the perimeter on the date you set, with history intact. Year-on-year comparisons can be run at constant or actual perimeter.

## Phased rollout

For groups of more than 10 entities we plan in waves: first the entities with a live API (Odoo, Holded, Tango, SOS Contador or EternumPRO) or a connector, then the ones whose journal comes in by Excel, finally intercompany and sub-groups. The Groups plan includes hands-on support from the Fibady team.

### How much does it cost for a large group?

$200 per entity per month, all included, with unlimited users. From 10 entities you move to the Groups plan, which includes hands-on support from the Fibady team during rollout.

### How long does a group rollout take?

Between 1 and 4 hours per entity. For groups of more than 10 entities it runs in waves: first the entities with a connector, then the ones that come in by Excel, finally intercompany and sub-groups.

### Do all entities need the same ERP?

No. Fibady connects to more than 25 ERPs, with a live API for Odoo, Holded, Tango, SOS Contador and EternumPRO. If an entity's ERP has no connector, you export the journal to Excel and Fibady adapts it, or you use the API. The common chart of accounts lives in Fibady.

### Can each director see only their own entity?

Yes. Users are unlimited and permissions are granted per company and per page (view, edit, delete), so each director sees theirs and the group CFO sees everything. The interface comes in 10 languages, useful if you have subsidiaries abroad.
